Will my current employer know that I created a profile?

Hiring Executive subscriptions provide access to employer and recruiting functionality according to the plan selected at the time of purchase. Pricing, billing frequency, included features, usage limits and renewal terms are displayed before a subscription is purchased. Subscribers can review their current plan and billing information from their Hiring Executive Dashboard.

Will my paid subscription renew automatically?

If a subscription is sold on an automatically renewing basis, the renewal frequency, next billing date and applicable price are clearly disclosed when the subscription is purchased and accessible from the subscriber's Dashboard. Subscribers can review their current subscription status and manage renewal or cancellation options from their account.

How do I cancel my Hiring Executive subscription?

Paid Hiring Executives can cancel their subscription directly through the Subscription or Billing section of their Dashboard. Before cancellation is confirmed, the account clearly shows the cancellation effective date, whether access continues until the end of the current paid billing period and what happens to subscription features after cancellation. A confirmation is displayed and sent by email after the cancellation is successfully completed. Where available, the subscriber may also be given an option to reactivate the subscription later.
